Chia seeds are definitely what you need as part of your diet! This Banana Chia Pudding recipe is a great way to add them. Only a handful of ingredients and no added sugar!
1 very ripe banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 Tbsp Chia seeds
Chopped pecan, walnuts or cacao nibs (optional)
1 Banana pilled and sliced
LET'S DO THIS
In a jar or bowl that can be sealed shut, mash banana.
Add milk, vanilla and cinnamon and mix well to combine.
Add chia seeds and whisk to combine or seal container and shake thoroughly until combined.
Place sealed container into the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours to set firmly.
To serve, garnish with some cinnamon, sliced bananas and maybe even some chopped walnuts or pecans.
